THE WESTERN STATES WILD HORSE AND BURRO EXPO, in Reno at the Livestock Events Center on August 18-20, 2006, is looking for unique, quality Western products for our Mustang Marketplace. Booth spaces are 10x10 with options for renting multiple spaces at discounted prices. All booth spaces are inside in the climate controlled Reno Livestock Events Center. If you are chosen as a vendor, we will work with you to obtain the best location for your particular product or service. Booth spaces are $100 for rail spaces, and $125, for wall spaces, and discounts for multiples. All previous vendors are invited back first and then available spots are offered to new vendors. Please get your applications in no later than June 15th, 2005, to insure your location. Other organizations have come together this year to join us and make this a bigger celebration of wild horses and burros. Jill Starr’s Lifesavers Wild Horse Rescue is a big sponsor, bringing in some of their trainers, volunteers, and rescued horses to the Expo, and Rick Littleton is hosting the Kiger Mustang Show. Many new classes have been added, aimed at showcasing the versatility, as well as the FUN of owning a mustang or burro. This year we will feature the horse and burro show events as well as clinics, talks, exhibits, demonstrations, promotions, drawings, auctions, raffles and Hall of Fame initiations. This year we are bringing back our ever popular and exciting Friday Night Showcase, featuring the best of wild horse & burro entertainment and inspiration. We anticipate this event to grow beyond our expectations very quickly. We plan on featuring several well known clinicians from across the nation to pack the three days full of events. A critical component of Expo is our vendors. All of the vendor spots are in the indoor arena. The events, the show, exhibitions, clinics, and Celebration of the Horse extravaganza will be held inside where you are located. PARTNERSHIPSWe sincerely hope that you will be able to join us! As always, we will be hosting a raffle and auction, with proceeds to benefit programs that help wild horses and burros. We are a non-profit, so any donations and/or sponsorships are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. |
