"Thank you" seems like such a little thing to say.......when you've blessed our life in such a BIG way! We just wanted to say thank you again for the (still unbelievable) Circle J Horse Trailer we won in August.  Our 12 year old daughter Michelle, had our tack and her horse loaded in it within the first hour of being home from Reno.  We also used it the next day for Barrel Club and then in our County Fair.  It is so nice to go on our own and not have to catch a ride with someone else.  We are spreading the word about the WSWHB Expo everywhere we go.  Our family would like to volunteer in the near future at a Expo in Reno.  Thank you again, we are forever grateful to you all.   The Demmitts,  Jeff, Lisa, Justin, and Michelle

Proceeds help support Expo itself plus a variety of Wild Horse and Burro Rescue and Advocacy projects. For the past three years, Expo has made significant contributions to the Carson City Prison Wild Horse Training Program and WHOA's Wild Horse, Burro & Orphan Foal Rescue.

The Carson City Prison Wild Horse Program gentles and trains wild horses, which they make available to the public through competitive bid auctions 3 or 4 times a year. The program is a great benefit not only to the horses and the people who want a mustang but do not know how to train one themselves, but it is also a tremendously effective rehabilitation process for the inmates.
