These are the horses that will be up for adoption on Sunday, July 20th. The wild horses and burros available for adoption can be previewed Friday and Saturday, July 18, 19 and 20 starting at 8 a.m. Registration & approval of adoption applications for the competitive adoption event begins on July 18 at noon and will continue through July 20, ending at 11:45 a.m. The BLM’s wild horse and burro adoption is being conducted using a competitive oral bid process that begins at 1 p.m. on July 20 for qualified individuals. Bidding for each animal starts at $125.
